1、 国际卡支付步骤
  • 点击选择“ips国际卡支付”，选择VISA、MasterCard或者JCB支付方式输入您的国际卡卡号、有效期等资料、CVV2和姓名，IPS会连接到您的发卡银行，核对您的国际卡是否已经登记「3D验证」服务。
  • 交易处理中，请稍后…（连接发卡行，加密传输中），或者Transaction Proceeding, Please Wait...（连接发卡行，加密传输中）
  • 接着会出现发卡行的「VISA验证」视窗，请核对您的个人保证信息是否正确，以确认您正在与发卡银行进行交易，然后输入并递交您的「VISA验证」密码。
  • 验证完成后，发卡行会确认您的付款，如果显示成功，将立即跳转或弹出购物网站提供的取货页面。

2、 国际卡支付常见问题

  • 为什么我的卡不能正常支付？
    n 如果您手中持有的是有效的VISA，MASTER，JCB 卡，不能正常支付的最主要原因可能是您没有做3D验证。所谓3D验证是信用卡公司为客户安全的进行网上购物所提供的一项免费服务。您可以直接通过电话向您的发卡行要求增添这一服务。该服务在Visa 卡中叫做 verified by visa service.，在Mastercard中叫做 MasterCard secure code service.，在JCB card中叫做 J/Secure service。其实也就是为您在 Ineternet shopping 中提供的一个secure code.以确保是您本人使用该卡，避免欺诈发生。

    n 当您提交您的信用卡信息时，IPS平台正在通过128位加密向您的发卡行进行身份验证，另外，如果您的信用卡是国外发卡行发行的话，网络原因也会造成一定的延时。因此会延迟一段时间，大约10秒钟左右。
  • 如何给我的卡做安全支付验证？
    安全支付验证都可以在网上直接申请。
